Poppy Pedigree Poppy is a reliable brood ewe. We have used her for both an embryo recipient and to produce her own lambs. She produced a lovely ewe lamb this year, so we are offering Poppy and her ram lam, (wethered) for sale. She is not a lap sheep, she is a good mom, super healthy (including a lifelong FAMACHA score of 1), and weans big healthy lambs without losing condition herself. Her fleece is that super-white color that really stands out. She is clean polled and her foundation is Romeldale, our hardiest breed. Since VBSS is no longer allowing new foundation ewes, we were lucky we added the Romeldale stock to the herdbook when we did.
